Just starting to rebuild my entertainment center and my first is oppo93 , my problem is tv is old and only has Composite or s-video
for inputs does not have compontent input. The oppo manual only says to use the composite for video checks, my question is can I still use it to watch my DVD's until I upgrade my tv. Its all I have right now and do not want to break anything, oh I only have oppo93 a cox cable box and my tv. cable box is the DVR type. thanks, Glen

There is an existing thread for Composite

I'm sure it has been asked in the HElp Me Choose a player sticky.

Good luck.
