I have nooo idea why my player wont complete the neweset firmware update,It updates really slow,then about 1/4 way it stops and says firmware was not updated,Ive tried it 5 times! My network is connected,no issues,I have it hard wired,and Ive tried it wirelessly,Now I want to reset the entire unit and try it again,how do I reset the unit completely????????Any help is appreciated!

A simple way is to unplug from the power for a while then plug it back in, for the factory method check the manual. http://service.us.panasonic.com/OPERMANPDF/DMPBDT500-MUL.PDF
