Recently bought a LG Smart TV, and with it i got a Blue-ray 3D smart player.
I bought a floating shelf to put my Blue-ray player on and my xbox, ive been watching a couple of Blue-rays in surround sound, and have also have downloaded them onto a memory pen which i then put into my blue-ray player and watched them.
However, ive just gone to put a blue ray on and i can hear the back ground noise of the film but just cant hear what anyone is saying, they are speaking but no words are coming out. Pulling my hair out trying to find the problem!
But don't know where to start with this sort of thing...
I dont know your speaker configuration or receiver set up but perhaps your running surround sound information to a center channel that isnt there but that your audio set up thinks is. That would explain why you are getting ambient sound info but not the voices, which are usually in the center channel.
I think what others are asking is what is your set up. Do you have a receiver that you are running through for sound or just going through the TV? How is it hooked up? Are your cables connected correctly?
