Will the 3D capable dual HDMI players such as Sony S790, Panasonic BDT500, Cambridge Audio, Oppo or similar output 3d to a 3d tv from one HDMI port if video is also being sent to a non 3d receiver via the second hdmi port, or will I need to go into the menu & disable video on the second hdmi port whilst watching 3d on the TV?
I need to send video & audio to the receiver as it is used to send video to the projector which is non 3d.
Also do any players have option to save more than one HDMI setup?
You'd be best researching/asking in the dedicated threads for the players you are interested in to see how each reacts when using 3D. With certain Panasonic models, yes, it must be disabled when viewing 3D.

It would be nice if Panasonic was more forthcoming in their info! It's easy to find dual outputs, but harder to find out if both outputs send the full A/V signal as opposed to one output that send audio only.
