I am unable to get the BD Legends of Jazz to play on the PS3. When I insert the disk, the player begins reading it, then the screen goes black and the player locks up. I have to hold the power button down for a long time (~5-10 seconds) to reboot the player. When I do this, it beeps three times right before turning off.

Initially I thought it was the disk, so I exchanged it, but the same results obtain from the replacement disk.

Is any one else having this problem? Is anyone else able to watch Legends of Jazz on their PS3 without a problem?

The original batch of these discs were authored incorrectly. Later on, the correct discs were released and those with original discs got free replacements. Contact the publisher, LRS Media at 312-329-9300, their address is 350 W. Hubbard, Suite 610, Chicago, IL 60610 and they will promptly take care of this issue.

Thanks. I had searched this topic before, but found nothing about this in the forums.

Same problem here, but I bought this Blu-Ray in "second-hand" (occasion ?) and I'm living in France, so I can't call LRSMedia (too expensive), any e-mail address of support ?

Their web site is http://www.lrsmedia.net/
However there is no email address published on the site. However, here's their fax number: 312-329-3410

I just spoke to LRS and they are sending me a replacement disk with a prepaid envelope to return the defective disk. Only question they asked is where I bought the disk.
