You are probably right about the avg vs. Wake and Lackey- could make for a long Sunday vs. the Yanks considering those 2 are starting the doubleheader.
BeerParty sounds like your wife knows what I am talking about. Don't worry what she is doing is normal for us lifers.

Have decided to add some tile to a couple of locations, behind the back bar seating area and going to add a couple of rows between the side of the bar and the wall. That will give me tile to put the wine fridge and the garage can on. I really don't mind doing the tile, just hate mixing the morter. Got most of the tile cut today while watching the Heels lose to Tech.

Even though this thread is 6 months old, I will say that as an obsessed Yankees fan, everything about this theater sucks.

I hear they're serving Popeye's chicken and beer for opening day.

Thanks for the interest. I will try to post some pictures this weekend. Except for a few small touches my theater is finished. I worked on it from time to time during the winter when I had some time. Carpet came before the Super Bowl and we have used it a lot. Now that good weather is here we spend a lot of time watching the Sox on our screened in porch.

Sorry that I did not add the promised pictures last weekend. We decided to take a family trip to the mountains and I did not get a chance to do it. Will try to this weekend. Been enjoying my evenings watching the Sox, even with all the injuries they are fighting through. Fun to watch how hard they are playing right now.

The theater seating area

From the backbar area looking at the screen. You will see that I still need to wire the outlet for the projector.

This is from the screen looking toward the back.

Well I thought I was done, but went on Craigslist the other day and found a set of 6 theater chairs at a very good price. Went and looked at them and couldn't resist. Now they are in two rows in front of the back bar. Looks like I am going to need to build a riser for the back set. I have been reading all the posts on risers and have to admit that I might be more confused now then ever before. Anyone have suggestions? I will post some pictures of my chairs and the space with some questions later. Let me know if you have any suggestions.
