Looks like you have a solid plan PTAaron.
The 1/4 round will work nicely for the fabric offset.
Remember to sand down any sharp edges that could snag the fabric

I know I saw the screen mounting track that you used at one of the home improvement stores, I can't remember which one... where did you get yours?

Thank you! I couldn't find the area I remembered it being in when I was at Home Depot, so it must have been Lowes
