I'm shopping for TV stands / component storage and noticed a brand called "Sonax" on Amazon that has pretty good prices for some larger units. Looking at RacksAndStands.com, it looks the same units are branded dCOR design.

Does anyone have any experience with these brands (build quality, etc.)? The pictures make them look reasonably nice, but photos can fool.

I've looked at BDI and I love their stuff, but it's too expensive for me. I'm on a budget.

To give an idea of what I'm looking for: I'd like at least some of the component storage to have doors (glass or opaque, doesn't matter). I currently have an AV receiver (Yamaha A3000), an HTPC that's about the size of an AV receiver, and a DVD player. But I would like to have space to add an amp and power conditioner, if I choose. I also prefer lower profile units.

If anyone has any recommendations or thoughts, either for the Sonax/dCOR brand or others, please let me know. Thanks!

I'm also looking at Sonax for an entertainment center. You're right about them looking sharp in the photos. I've yet to see one in person but i'm interested in this one... http://www.amazon.com/Corporate-Images-WB1609-WB-1609-Espresso/dp/B008HVMS5E/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1362867397&sr=8-2&keywords=sonax+wb1609

I'll have to order online but hesitant to do so since I'm not sure of the build quality. What did you end up buying?
