I have totaled my watts for all input devices to the Belkin Power Console, approximately 1400 watts. Berklin Power Console is 6 amps, which converts to 720 watts. This would total 2120 watts. A 120, 15A outled = 1800 watts. This would be a fire hazzard. I have researched, but had no luck, in finding the answer to my question: Does the Power Console compress the input wattage? Must I only count the wattage for the Power Console, or must I add that to the total input watage to the Power Console to determine the total watage pluged into the 15A electrical wall outlet. If so, any suggestions on how to work around the issue. My room has 3 outlets, but they are all on the same ciruit. Thanks much.
