Hi,

I'm new to all the Home theatre stuff. Up until now my setup was my Panasonic TV 50 VT20 and my Logitech Z5500 computer speakers, which in my opinion to the average person sounded really really good. I recently decided to purchase Yamaha RX-V673 and the Monitor Audio MASS.

Having wired it all up the sound is a lot more detailed, sharp, defined, focused and cleaner. So Thumbs up there. The only problem is the amplifier isn't registering that the sub is there, and I can't for the life of me figure out why it's not working.

Any ideas for this problem would be helpfull

One question please. Is really much better the sound quality of your new system (RX-V673+MA MASS) compared with the Z5500? Can you detail your answer?
Thanks!!
