Finally some A/V Action-- Speakers and receiver(s) have been ordered!
So basically i'm going with a 2 "zone" system... but i'm not doing it via the built in 2 zone on the receiver, i'm going with a separate amp for the 2nd zone. By the bar i am going to have a pair of speakers and eventually a subwoofer. In the TV area i'm going with a traditional 5.1 setup. I'll break down the equipment by area.

Sub: not decided.
The odd-ball piece of equipment is the Maestro-50. I bought one of these beauties about 6 months ago for my bedroom where i have dual polk RC85i speakers. The sound is fantastic, and it requires no remote or anything. It auto-senses the signal from the airport express, powers up and starts playing. I absolutely love the one i have and can't wait to get the second installed. Disclaimer - I am in no way affiliated with the maestro company, i just love their product.
Not going with a projector, decided a 55" tv would suffice for my purposes. Got a great deal on a 2012 model Samsung 7100 back in March that i've had sitting in the living room boxed up (after i tested it of course). Should be fun to cut all the speakers in and get the wires i've buried behind drywall out and put to use!
