I have

I can handle the speakers, just need help with doing a matrix or whatever it is that I need so the tv's all display the same or different. Thanks

Epson projector
3 - tv's all Samsung
Pioneer sc-1522-k, has 2 hdmi outputs
Blu ray
Ps3
Cable box

Monoprice is your friend. Here's one example, they have other configurations.

You probably want the monoprice 4X4 matrix switch. It's not that hard....you connect the hdmi out from each of the sources to one of the hdmi ins on the switch and one of the hdmi outs on the switch to one of the displays. You can select any input to go to any source or one input to all sources, etc.

An HDMI matrix switcher works great if you have a receiver that has 2 simultaneous HDMI outs....

1 out to projector
2nd out to the switcher and then matrixed to the TVs.

I have an older switch that is somewhat temperamental. 2nd out then doubled to 2 TVs.
