I need a good articulated wall mount for a 32" display. Low profile if possible and nice, smooth movement.

most articulated mounts will add at least 2.5" to the depth of the display when fully collapsed. This model at 1.5" is the shallowest I know of. Won't be the cheapest mount you can find, but Chief makes top quality mounts with nice finishes, smooth movement and a huge variety of hardware to accommodate most any display.
If you want the ultimate in low profile, check out their in wall accessory box for this mount. Takes a good sized hole in your wall, and the right structural conditions to be utilized, (14.5" between studs, 4" of depth, no other obstructions in the cavity) but lets the arms fold into the wall, plus provides mounting knock outs for electrical and source cabling.

underachiever extraordinaire
