Looking for suggestions to enhance the experience. Add ons , paint, seats, etc.

There's plenty you can do to that room, but of course we have to assume a budget in mind. The cheapest option to help yourself out is to change the colors of those walls. Yellow is an absolute no no. You have dark carpeting which is nice, so complement the walls with some shade of brown. I also would advise to paint your ceiling as well. It could be a different color than your walls or the same, whichever you prefer.

The furniture could be darker as well, but I don't see that as a quick fix. Paint your walls and ceiling and it will already feel 100x more like a theater room. Trust me.

Nice screen by the way. How many inches?

It is 100 inches, 3020 3d Epson projector, episode speakers in front wall and ceiling along with subwoofer.
