best UPS spec Home Theater

Hi! Prior to begin, I want to thank everyone for your time and advices, it is highly appreciated

Speakers : Polkaudio compact 5.1 system, RM6750, 100 watts max per channel

Receiver : Pioneer VSX-1028-K, 550 watts

Projector : BenQ W1080ST, 359 watts max

PS3 : 280 watts

This is my setup... in an appartment (don't laugh!) XD ...now, I don't have any kind of current malfunctions since the last year, twice actually but minor, like 15 min of current loss, nothing major but I read that it is safer to have a UPS espacially when a projector is used... since the fan needs to cool down the lamp when you shut it down. Correct me if i'm wrong of course !

I did some research but I don't want to spend lots of cash on THE ultimate UPS, since I'm still in appartment and there's no big deal with the current so far, it is really just in case ! I found this one :

Since Pure Sinewave are normally better than simulated sinewave, I thought it would be good to have this one, with 600 watts per output... seems like the perfect fit, but I'm no pro and may be mistaken CyberPower is a renowned company, not as good as APC regarding reviews... but I think I could live with it !

Share me your thoughts please, thanks a lot in advance !

EDIT: Maybe I can explain myself better:

I only want to shut down the projector manually if a current loss occurs, I only need 1 minute or less... than the fan can do its work. The receiver doesn't even have to be plugged on the battery connector.
