We got pounded with snow all week-end long here in Mass. I was planning to watch Pirates Of The Caribbean this week-end, but wound up not buying it (as you may have read from the other thread
). But with all the snow, we have been enjoying the HT all week-end.
Friday night - The Lord Of The Rings - The Two Towers. My wife hadn't seen it, the viewing was her suggestion. I had a feeling she wouldn't be too much into it, with it being so long. she LOVED
it. Even I enjoyed it more than the first time I saw it. Perhaps her enthusiasm rubbed off on me.
Saturday Night - We were fishing around for something to watch. She was reading off titles and I kept saying "nah!". Then she said "The Transporter". I said "What?, we don't have The Transporter!". I had bought this back in the summer and forgot all about it. I said to her "Oh oh! better get some popcorn, this is what we call a Popcorn flick". We both checked our brains at the door and proceded to enjoy it very much.
Sunday - My son and I rented the VHS of Star Wars ( On the RPTV, of course!). He is very interested in the story. Next week-end we will catch The Empire Strikes Back.
Tonight - That's still to be decided. I was leaning toward Moulin Rouge. We'll see what the wife prefers.
P.S. Brickie, I'm also interested in the PQ of POTC.
