Audio/video component surge protection

I have an 11 year old Monster power surge protector that keeps blinking the over voltage indicator and it's not over voltage. Is there a reason I should replace this now? Thank you.

What's your budget?

The next piece of advice... get a whole home surge protector at the main panel. That should be your FIRST line of defense.

I believe I paid about $250 for the Monster. I have two UPSes in the office, and some other surge protectors. Never heard of a whole home surge protector. Thanks for that idea.
