David/All,
Have you all thought about adding a new topic on AVSForum for movies? I think it would be a welcome addition as most people into home theater are into movies as well.

Thanks,
Paul

DVD section Paul. Not covering current films because this forum is for Home Tehater as you know. So DVD fits. http://www.avsforum.com/ubb/smile.gif

Understand your theory, but not having it makes me go to another board for it, hence you lose viewership. I don't know your motivations for the board, it may be purely as a service (and a good one!) for us all, just commenting about something that makes me go elsewhere for comments related to HT.

Cheers and Thanks for Responding,
Paul

Please understand the possiable problem we would have if we created every forum that someone wanted. It would just become a large posting area for all kinds of items.

The AVS Forum specializes in Home Theater and the operation, setup, and gear of the home theater world. I feel we do this well as I can see you also agree.

Sorry we can not offer each forum someone is seeking. Please note however...we are expanding in 2000 and thus we will be offering more areas in the forum for postings. Hey...you never know. http://www.avsforum.com/ubb/smile.gif

Rather than create another forum, why not add "movies" to the DVD forum description?
Rick would probably enjoy the additional posting.
