Yeah, yeah, yeah....I've been busy working on a bunch of projects, since I am now retired and have the time. Actually, I can't believe how many things I have to get done.

Here is one my son and I have been working on. Working with him is such a hoot. I'm used to working alone so his help is greatly appreciated. He has learned that when you back out a three inch screw, let it drop to the floor, don't touch it....

Island for the Gazebo. It will house the fridge and or kegerator, storage and stereo. This is not a cooking island, one for, you know, beverages and stuff....

it will go to the right here

This boy is heavy, the pressure treated 3/4 plywood sheets are full of water and must weigh 100 # each (three sheets so far), so I'll have to boom it with the tractor...what I would do without that tractor....Still have the felt, wire mesh, and stucco scratch coat before the stone work.....

Intersting to note, I was pricing stainless steel cabinet doors for bbq islands, and they were around $200 bucks each. I am installing cabinets from Sams I got for the shop (great deal) and they have stainless steel locking doors. They are only $60 per cabinet, so I stole the doors off of two of them and will replace them later.. The cooking island will have steel studs and hardiboard and will go outside of the gazebo.
