I'll be there as well.
As a "local," let me know if you guys want to hook up or hear about some of the cool places to go.
If you're staying downtown, definitely check out "The Hollywood Bar & Filmworks." It's a very cool movie theater - 21+ only - serves alcohol and food to your table during the movie.
There's quite a bit to do downtown as well. There's a wonderful baseball park (Victory Field), a great IMAX theater, Zoo, Conseco Fieldhouse (Basketball, concerts, sometimes hockey), lots of restauraunts, bars, etc.
If you've never been to Indy, I think you'll enjoy it. It's a wonderful
city. Not too big, not too small. http://www.avsforum.com/ubb/smile.gif

You are a valuable resource.Last year it was hard to get any free time to talk to forum members.I suggested some might like to go to eat/drink whatever on friday evening. We went to Best buy and Circuit City to look at stuff and buy the odd item.Thats how desperate we were.Keep those ideas coming.

Hey Patrick,

Is there a Krispy Kream near by? Last year I visited a friend in Cinci and there was one there. We don't have them up in WA yet! I always go when I visit So. Cal.

For those who have not had KK, then you MUST try them!

Hey Phil, I thought you weren't going to make it to CEDIA? It'll
be nice to finally meet you if you can make it.
I'll try to get 'clearance' from my wife and maybe organize a downtown 'jaunt' for you out of towners. :>

Us West Coasters will also have to pay a visit to White Castle, nothing like a boiled hamburger. At least that is what it tastes like to me. Use to go to Crystal's when I was stationed in Georgia.

Its good to know there are plenty of Krispy Kreams! Yes John, we will have to make a few stops there. http://www.avsforum.com/ubb/smile.gif

A warning to those who have not attended CEDIA, they have one food area. I think it was $8 for a sandwich last year. BYOF or at least some snacks and water in your bag as you walk the floor.
