What exactly are you reading?

Ah, I see it now. Depends on how many they have. If the store has 50 copies, then yes, they'll give tickets to the first 50 in line that plan on getting it (to avoid fights in the store).

Doesn't mean you have to stand in line and get a ticket, but if you go at 9am, they very well might be out of them.

It may be an online deal as well (perhaps available in a couple hours?). Also, I just checked Amazon's deals on my phone and it says Transformers will be $9.99 there as well. I don't see it listed as $9.99 on my computer though (besides being listed as "Under $15")...just with my phone's internet.

That is what I figured. I just hope I dont need a ticket. My local store has 60 of them from what I was told today just for the Friday deal.

Kung Fu Panda, Indiana Jones 4, Sweeney Todd, Live Free Die Hard, the Bank Job, and others are now 16.99 at bestbuy.com. There are other movies available for $14.99, but none that stand out to me.

Curse shipping and tax
__________

*Update: Amazon just lowered the prices on those movies to $16.99 as well.

Everyone should check out Amazon's BD fire sale like the previous poster said, too many good deals to name:

http://www.amazon.com/b/ref=amb_link...d_i=1000312051

bank job for $8.99 really caught my eyes, curse me for buying at $25 when it first came out, great flick.

Also, there appears to be some kind of price mistake on the new Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor movie, it's 15.99 as a preorder. I jumped on that as well.

Best Buy Sale is up on their website. Some of the items say Coming Soon but if you click on the item itself it will take you to it's page and it says Add to Cart.

I am confused about the Amazon friday sales. In one page, they say that Transformers BD is going to be 9.99. Then in another page it is listed under movies under $15. I have the movie in my cart at BestBuy.com at 9.99. But I have to pay shipping. If I find another movie for a good deal, I might be able to get the free shipping through amazon. Plus no tax.

Maybe I'm missing something, but I haven't seen anything on Amazon's site saying the Transformers BD will be $9.99. They do have things saying "Blu-ray as low as $10.95", and the Transformers is listed in their "Under $15" listing. But aside from one comment in this forum, I haven't seen anything saying it will be $9.99. Where are you finding that?

Yeah but so what. You pay an extra 2.49 but you don't have to go out in the cold and battle the masses. Plus you don't have to drive around looking for a store that has it in stock. You could probably blow 2.49 in gas driving around looking for it.

For me it was a no brainer as I just ordered Transformers BD.
