You know, if Uni does this one right, this might be one hell of an unexpected treat on blu.

I can't wait!
Finally, with extras. I would love to see those TV scenes in decent quality. Hopefully the set will have ALL of the scenes from the TV version.

BONUS MATERIALS :
• Alternate Ending
• Behind the Scenes/Deleted Scenes
• Terror In the Aisles Documentary
• BD-Live
• My Scenes
• Pocket BLU App

I loved "Terror In the Aisles" when I was a kid - so this disc is really like a double feature to me.

The REAL Halloween 2.

This is the best Halloween when you've finished the original.

Yep. Back in the VHS days I edited H1 and 2 together and took out the end and beginning credits so it was a 3 hour opus.

I'm buying both, but I still think Zombie's H2 is the best outside of Carpenter's original. I'm always surprised hearing people defend the "proper" sequels to the death despite Carpenter never intending to continue after the first film (he even regrets shooting the TV footage). They're all bastard children.

First is the king of slashers, the second was a worthy sequel, the third was a great idea but after that I gave up.
H Twenty was good but that was more due to Williamson than anything.
But remaking classics is a mugs game, remake a film with a good idea that was not pulled off the first time around

Count me in! Just pre-ordered and can't wait to fire up Terror In The Aisles this October

I envy the fact you could ignore how much more violent it got in the second half, and that Michael Myers turned into a midget.

I don't much care about Halloween II, Universal. Where is Halloween III?

Castle is 5'11. Warlock is 5'7. I've met them both. Warlock is quite small, and he looks it on screen.

He also plays Myers drastically different than Castle did, but I digress. I've never understood mashing the films up back-to-back. Other than taking place the same night, they're drastically different from each other.

Everywhere I googled said castle is 5'10 and warlock is 5'9

Never trust online listings. Castle seemed quite even with me, and I'm 5'11. Warlock was at least three or four inches shorter.

(Fun fact about actors lying on their resumes: Timothy Olyphant is listed at 6'1, but he's no taller than I am.)

I can't believe we are actually getting bonus features on a Halloween 2 release, Thank You Universal. Best horror sequel, F what the haters say.

I think calling it the best horror sequel is going too far.

But it's a great sequel, and I'm truly honored to buy it on Blu-ray.

Hellraiser 2?
Friday the 13th Part 2/4?
ANOES 3/4 (for entertainment/fantasy purposes)?
Scream 4?

Are some some that quickly come to mind that are far more powerful than the impact that Halloween 2 made. All Halloween 2 is missing is John Carpenter. Aside from that fact, it's a great little horror movie.

Hell, I even like House II: The Second Story better than House. I found the sequel to be far more entertaining and fun, while the first was boring...
