Harvey:

The caps look film-like and there is detail, the gate shot has EE. In the white clothing I suspect there is some slight dark EE.

As for prices, being a cheap bastard I like MGM's initial prices better then Universal, still the Universal BDs do drop after a while. I picked up Burn After Reading for $5.

I wouldn't call that a "blue shift". The DVD colors are a ridiculously warm tan. The Blu-ray caps look like a "correct shift".

I'm a Winnipegger. I know what snow looks like...and it ain't like that oatmeal colored stuff in the DVD smile.gif. This is me (I'm not fat, I weigh 165lbs but the suit is bulky):

Absolutely correct. But I'm sure we'll here all about this "blue shift" as if having correct color was a bad thing. Yes, it's different than the DVD, as it should be.

New titles released this week:

Abbott & Costello Meet Frankenstein [Blu-ray + DVD + Digital Copy] (Universal’s 100th Anniversary)
Atonement [Blu-ray + DVD + Digital Copy] (Universal’s 100th Anniversary)
Airport (Universal’s 100th Anniversary)
Scarface [Blu-ray + DVD + Digital Copy] (Universal’s 100th Anniversary)
Out of Africa [Blu-ray + DVD + Digital Copy] (Universal’s 100th Anniversary)
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind [Blu-ray + DVD + Digital Copy] (Universal’s 100th Anniversary)
Harvey [Blu-ray + DVD + Digital Copy] (Universal’s 100th Anniversary)

What is the total going to be? I saw a list that totalled 102. Seems like 100 would make sense though, no?

Wow, that is truly horrific! Everytime we dare to think that Universal might have learned a thing or two...

Is there a thread for the upcoming Universal Monsters box set? I looked but didn't see one. Is it wrapped up in this thread? It needs a seperate thread.
