No subwoofer I've heard has been able to produce the bass I've experienced in the Corps!

I really enjoyed it. It is at it's heart a warm family drama with a bit more depth coming from Matt Damon's characters' struggle to come to terms with having lost his wife.

So, "Hereafter" with animals instead of ghosts - and all the people around him are his family?

I'll still check it out, but I worry when there's a cute little girl in the cast that it might be too...saccharine...

I usually go like 40/60 when deciding to get a bluray(Not rent but buy). 40percent IMDB ratings 60 percent what folks here say You must understand, I need something to control my addictions

So Matt Damon's in another film where he loses his wife

It is much better than Hereafter. It's easy to connect to him as a widowed family man trying to figure out how to raise his kids and deal with his grief. I'm not sure what they were trying for in Hereafter but it just never clicked for me.

Plus Thomas Hayden Church has a great small supporting role interjecting some humor.

Spoiler warning but here is a quick review.

The Film is true story about Benjamin Mee, a kind of daring reporter taking risks that most will not. After the loss of his wife he feels the need to move away from everything that reminds him of her. He decides to move and the place he really likes has one issue, it is a zoo. After a quick consideration he moves there with his two children.

The Movie is Directed by Cameron Crowe, and the one thing he does well is the cast. Everyone played on each other very well and Thomas Hayden Church was great as the comic relief brother.

When going into the movie I didn't know what to expect. To me this is one of the better movies of 2011.

I will be Purchasing this to add to my Collection.

FYI I thought this was better then all the best picture nominations for the Oscars.

No but it's kind of a yard stick, would you blind buy a movie if the rating was 3/10, Im more willing to give a movie a chance if it has a higher rating if it's a blind buy. In any case I have seen the movie, and will be picking this one up, I really enjoyed it.

I liked it a lot. If you can't abide anything with a touch of sugar it won't be your thing, but I really liked it a lot. A nice film. Quality and not some whatever junk.
