I had no idea there were 3 of these. Were the second two any good? Loaded question probably, apologies for collateral damage.

Second one is terrible, third is okay in a beer and pizza kind of way.

Second was really terrible, I rather watch Plan 9 from other space then Mimic 2 again.

Any news on separate releases for the sequels for those of us that already bought the original by itself?

My pet peeve.

The proper setting for sharpness is always0.
Also my Oppo BDP-103D is region free.
That makes me awesome.

I too bought the Directors Cut release, but I happen to like the theatrical. The only place I see that available is Canada where Alliance has all three films on a single disc.

Whereas the US package has the two sequels on a separate disc.

Has anybody purchased the Alliance release? Any inputs on the quality?

PS. Alliance also released the standalone theatrical.

Be advised that your link to the triple feature is for the DVD. There is no Alliance Canadian specific triple feature release on Blu-ray.

I have the Alliance theatrical cut on Blu-ray but, to be honest, I haven't watched it in quite awhile so it's not fresh enough in my mind to give it a review.
