Over at Blu-ray.com there are some people saying they had cam rips and they were more green than the dvd so this might actually be more accurate than we think.

All you have to do is look at image 29 on Bluray.com and yep it's blue-green alright with really strong saturation.

I love when my predictions come true. Yeah and LOTR really looked like Both BDs in theather.

I never saw this movie in theaters so I'm entirely ignorant about the correct color timing, but you couldn't possibly concieve of a less reliable source for accurate color than a cam rip.

Oh come on. Can't you just see them trying to do white balance in theather?

Well, it might be better than what people remember from 10 years ago. I would trust a cam rip over what someone tells me it was.

It's not; consumer video cameras constantly adjust for neutral color balance and would greatly distort a film's colors scheme.

Color timing questions aside, it looks absolutely fantastic. Would need caps from the DTheater to actually compare but I doubt it could possibly look any better.

Since I don't have a BB, I pre-ordered this last week. Today, it shows that is NOT available for shipping. These BB excluses not available for shipping are a bloodt joke and discriminate against those people in small towns. How long do these remain BB exclusive? I will not buy anything from them in the future.

Speaking of which, does anybody have caps of the DTheater version? I'd love to compare the color timing.
