No What About Bob either -- but Coldcreek Manor, that's sure to be a hot seller...sometimes I don't get it, lol.

Most certainly. Though not as much as they hate the French. They got a version that was dunked in a pool of piss.

True, I just hope they live up to their long line of stunning transfers, and not their average ones.

Finally a few old live action titles from the 60's. Hope they will look as good as Tron and not poor like Good Morning Vietnam.

Me want:

The Absent-Minded Professor
Son of Flubber
Ed Wood

Spring 2013. Their other big animated title for 2012 is Cinderella, which is in the Diamond Collection and will presumably get a dedicated press release to focus more attention on it. The fact it's also getting a DVD reissue is another possible reason it wasn't mentioned, since these titles (Ed Wood and so forth) are apparently just new to Blu (i.e. no SD reissues).

What about Muppet movies? I have the two Sony owned movies but I want the Disney ones. I've seen the box set that doesn't have any release information, but I WANT! :-D

It should also be mentioned that Disney is going to release a trio of Studio Ghibli animated films at the end of May which include The Secret World of Arrietty, Whisper of the Heart and Castle in the Sky (yay!).

I'll take:
Adventures in Babysitting
Pete's Dragon
Grosse Point Blank

I was hoping we'd see Aladdin or Little Mermaid this year, Nemo is good but I'm partial to the classics with the music

I guess if we ever want Song of the South we'll just have to ride Splash Mountain.

Maybe that is why the Pixar ones are not listed, this is a Disney/Touchstone/BV list.

Update from the Bits....

First up, Disney has revealed that they're FINALLY going to be rolling out some of their deeper catalog live-action and animated titles on Blu-ray over the course of 2012. More than 30 movies in all have been slated for release in the months ahead (in addition to Father of the Bride, Bringing Down the House, The Color of Money, Cocktail and Ransom which have already been announced), including Sister Act and Evita on 6/19, The Horse Whisperer, Under the Tuscan Sun, Phenomenon, Step Up, Home on the Range and Treasure Planet on 7/3, Adventures in Babysitting, Grosse Pointe Blank, Romy and Michele's High School Reunion, The Rescuers, High Fidelity, Ed Wood, Judge Dredd, Ghost of the Abyss 3D, Lady and the Tramp 2: Scamp's Adventure, Pocahontas, The Tigger Movie, The Aristocats and Pete's Dragon (all TBA for fall), and Hocus Pocus, Arachnophobia, The Hand That Rocks the Cradle, The Absent-Minded Professor, Flubber, Son of Flubber, Cold Creek Manor, The Santa Clause Trilogy, While You Were Sleeping, Sweet Home Alabama, Beaches, Babes in Toyland, Atlantis: The Lost Empire, Brother Bear and Dick Tracy (TBA October-December). Not bad! Now if only we could get that Tombstone: Special Edition... More on this here at Home Media.

Under the Tuscan Sun

Yay!
I've been waiting for a while for that one... If I remember from the DVD version I have it could really use the upgrade in resolution. I hope they are able to do it right as the whole movie was full of beautiful scenery.
