It's a bit of a joke, because in its 'Unrated For Marketing Purposes' form, it's an ant's ass-hair away from being PG-13 any way.
There's very little actual blood ever seen on screen and aside from one stylised gunshot wound, there's nothing I can vaguely remember as being gratuitously violent or bloody. It either cuts away quick, or the violence happens off screen.
I watched it again, with my brother-in-law earlier and we came away with the same things:
1. Terrible CGI chase sequence..
2. Some very witty and funny dialogue, with a nice streak of dark humour throughout.
3. Guy Pearce should do more action movies.
4. Maggie Grace is hotter as a brunette.
