The information out there is a little confusing. I've read there has been a new version of "Help!" released overseas, but there was not an American release. From what I've read, it may be possible that the American release is no different than was recently release on Blu-ray earlier.

So does anyone know if there are any differences between the older release and the newer American version?

Movies must be OAR, sports and movies must also have 5.1 audio, No EE or NO SALE!

The Beatles' Help! was first released to Blu-ray on June 25th, 2013, both here and in the UK. It was a coordinated global launch, as the movie had never officially appeared on Blu-ray before that date. Some were disappointed they reused the same 2007 transfer first used on DVD. By the standards of this forum, it's an obsolete and dated Hi-Def transfer, heavily processed for the limitations of SD. It's still worth picking up on BD but Apple and the Beatles have definitely left room for a marked visual improvement in future editions.

There are no differences between the US and UK discs.
