I've officially had it with their shenanigans. Two weeks ago, I got 300 on Blu-ray. Popped it into the PS3, hit play, nothing. Checked the disc, it's all scratched. Reported the problem to Netflix but did not request a replacement. Last Friday, I got the Blu-ray copy of Mr. Brooks and was all excited to see another Tier 0 movie. This disc had a crack on it, a few cm long. Reported the problem, but this time requested a replacement. Got the replacement copy yesterday, and its the DVD version. Thanks alot, you bastards.
I think this is the straw that broke the camel's back for me. I've never had a problem with their shipping times. Just seems to me that they can't get me a disc that will play. I've even had problems with regular DVDs too in that regard.
