Went to update frimware and it got to step 4/4 and froze so I restarted it and now it's stuck on the wecome screen and won't boot up. I tried unplugging it to reset it but it didn't work I also got the disk out. Should I be looking for another player or is there a fix?

The only solution I have ever heard of is to insert the firmware update disc into the player, and restart it and hope the firmware update process picks up where it left off. You could send it to Toshiba to fix, but that would probably cost more than the player is worth.
