Sorry I havent been here in weeks..if this has been covered just provide a link..but there was talk about BDA swapping your HDDVD's for BD to promote player sales??

No looking at cost BUT internal components and build quality of the AX2 to an equivalent BD player.

Ya, it is something. they can sure tell US what to do with the stuff we buy, but when a format becomes obsolete, does that give US a right to us it as we see fit?

The only rumors that started were by people who wanted a rumor to exist. There have been zero indications that this will ever happen. There's nothing wrong with the HD-DVD players you have now or the discs.
