I saw a stray Traffic HD DVD in the Blu-ray section yesterday. Oddly, the sticker had "0.00" as the price.

my local best buy here still has a few of the Harry Potter HD's out. Oddly I think they are priced higher than the Blu's. lol

I've seen the "Order of the Phoenix" HD-DVD at Ross for about 5 bucks, since it has a standard DVD on the other side. (Being an obsessive collector I bought both the individual Harry Potter HD-DVDs and the 'trunk' box set.)
