thats a damn lie. my ps2 has been vertical since feb. 02, my 360 since Nov. 05, and my ps3 since Nov. 06 None of them has ever fried or even scratched a disc.
I was used to run my 360 flat for a year and 1 month, then it died. RROD, I have an elite (bought it in March), have been running it Vertical next to my LCD. 7 months strong, no scratched discs no RROD.
I hope I'll get Transformers within the next 3 days.
Pre-ordered: Inside Man, Carlito's Way, The Shining, 2001, Tideland, Blade Runner
plan to order: Disturbia, A Clockwork Orange, Dog Day Afternoon, A Mighty Heart, T2 (GER), Crank, Lord of War, Reservoir Dogs, Death Proof, Planet Terror (the next months will be pricey)
Where did you get the DISC version of the South Park HD episode of the weapons one?
I downloaded mine from xbox live marketplace for free on HD, but would love to have it on disc.
Best Buy had them, I'm not sure if they still do check the hd dvd section and the xbox 360 section, both the NIN and Southpark hd dvds are free, they are like samples, the southpark is the entire episode, but the NIN is only a few tracks from their larger hd dvd
Way more than I thought I would've bought by this point (I don't buy many, you can see by the remaining DVD's to verify that)...36 HD DVD's, will probably be 40+ soon enough though (Bourne Ultimatum, Old School, etc)...
Well here are crappy pictures of my XA2 and HD DVD collection (I'll redo them some day). I have around 25 HD DVD's on their way and a couple more on pre-order. BTW, I didn't plan on upgrading to a high definition format. I had absolutely no interest in the High Definition formats. What happened? A Deep Discount sale where I bought Constantine on June 9th 06, my first HD DVD. Then an A1 in early July 06 though Continental Airlines.
