Since it has been several months it is probably too late to contact the store or company you ordered the movie from, so I would recommend that you contact the studio that released it. I don't own this title, but look on the box and see if there is not an e-mail address or phone number for contacting them. With new technologies, they should want reports of any problems such as this. Hopefully, they will ultimately agree to send a replacement, but it may involve more than one e-mail or phone call until you reach someone at a management level. I also hope this is not a sign of things to come. We do not need a repeat of "laser rot."
