I have a Krell KAV-280CD I am considering selling, but I was wondering if anybody knows how the value on things like this change over time. I really don't have a need for it, but is it worth holding on to?

I also have a Krell HTS 7.1 (Home Theater System) Receiver but I think all the video in/outputs are analog. Does the same thing apply here?

Well...value...who knows? But price...goes down over time. You can check Audiogon and see if any of the players are currently advertised. Bluebook value on the player is $528-$645 (used retail).

Yes on the preamp.
Used retail is $1350-$1650.
