I have a Technics SLB-2 turntable I received as a gift many years ago. Are there any improvements I can make other than replacing the cartridge? For example I am wondering if the output leads were replaced with something of higher quality would that be an improvement worth the trouble?

Thanks

Not unless they're broken.

Probably wouldn't hurt to replace the belt.

Thanks for the reply. The belt is pretty old. Not the orignial but probably 15 years old.
