My friend wants to buy a portable, iPod compatible player. She's no audiophile but wants it to sound good. She'll be using it, along with her kids [Beiber was mentioned frown.gif] to just play tunes in the house but to take with her as well. Her ex suggested a Jambox but know she can do better. Her MAX budget is $300. Suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Well, my buddy has one of these and it plays clear with good bass. Could really use some other suggestions.
