Hi everyone,

I've been around for awhile and I've never paid much attention to this area of the industry, so I need help. Would you guys be able to recommend an affordable music server that can rip CDs and send the files via PCM or bitstream. I don't have many CDs right now, but I'm starting to collect them. I doubt I'll have more than 100 in the next couple of years, so large hard drive space isn't important. My budget is flexible, but I'd like to stay under $1000 if possible. Basically, I just want to be able to have all of my music in one place for easy access and the ability to make playlist. And I don't want to do this through my PC. I looked at the Wyred 4 Sound unit, but $2k is too steep.
