Hi folkes, I am looking to upgrade my Nad510 cd player. My amp is a Jolida jd1501RC. It drives a pair of Acoustic Energy Aesprit 300 bookshelf speakers, complemented with the Aesprit 308 sub.

I don't really know my way around cd players, and I was wondering what a suitable upgrade would be. The transport of the 510 leaves a bitter taste in my mouth, but besides that, I think it's time to move up in sound quality. I don't want something that sounds slightly better or the same; I want something that blows it away. Any suggestions?

I don't think any CD player is going to "blow away" your NAD for sound quality, unless it is actually malfunctioning. If you want a dramatic difference in how things sound, replace your speakers (or change your speaker placement or room acoustics). Or buy different CDs that are different recordings than what you have. Competently made CD players are not dramatically different from each other in how they sound.

God willing, we will prevail in peace and freedom from fear and in true health through the purity and essence of our natural fluids. God bless you all.

Actually the correct title for the Ebay article is Top 10 CD Players For A Home Audio System.
