1) Audio Technica AT-LP120USB 290 € (with AT95E)
2) Pro-ject debut 3 260 € (with OM5E)
3) Stanton T.92 USB 290 € (with v500.3)
4) Reloop RP-4000M 290 € (with audiotechnica 3600) (arm is not adjustable in height)
5) Audiophony – TT 2930 225 € ( I do not know much about it)

I just want to play some LPs. I do not want to spend more than 350 € alltogether. I will not take the risk of second hand!
I am thinking to buy a separate phono preamp anyway and a usb interface in case I want to digitize tracks. No scratch...

Either 1 or 2. Take your pick.

Is a usb connection nessesary in order to just play disks with AT-LP120USB? Is this statement wrong "The turntable can’t operate unless plugged into a power source and computer." from http://vinyl-converter-turntable-review.toptenreviews.com/audio-technica-lp120-usb-review.html

And what about the preamp that it has? Should I make the modification of removing this or this is not nessesary?

That statement is dead wrong. Lots of people use that turntable without ever connecting it to a computer. The only reason you need to connect your turntable to a computer is if you want to digitize your vinyl.

It's OK, nothing more. But it's switchable. You can turn it off and feed the turntable into another preamp if you want.

Many people suggest Shure M97XE.
Is this better than the AT95E? Should I ask the shop to change the AT95E with the Shure M97XE (if they can do so ofcourse...)

If you can up your budget just a little bit to a Pro-Ject Carbon, it will blow all of these other tables clear out of the water.

A gross exaggeration. It will presumably be marginally better than its predecessor (the Debut III), but on some measures (W&F, for certain), it cannot hold a candle to the AT120.
