This is an updated version (Nov 17 2009) which allows greater power increase compared to its earlier NPR Labs calculator released in July.

It's not officially released yet but I found I can enter the station and get allowable power increase information. The data may not be fully correct yet as I believe they are populating the database as we speak. But the detailed info in the Results section seems to indicate quite a few station will get the full 10 dB increase (10X the digital power) This is wonderful if that's the case

This time they have better data. Here's a screeenshot of WILV 100.3 FM Chicago which would have the full 10 dB increase on both sidebands.
