Some members here were thinking of a flat pack enclosure for the Anarchy 6.5" tapped horn that lilmike designed here:

Everyone seems to love it and the Tang Band 6.5" sub from Parts Express can be used also. I'm already setting up a group buy for the Autotech waveguides and figured I'd look into this as well. I called around to get 3 estimates. Two local ones were about $160, one was $186, and the other in Northern KY was much less.
Here's the initial thread:

It's seems like the Anarchy flat pack will be around $70. I met with the guy and it turned out to be a pretty good business. For his price he would cut all the grooves on the inside panel so everything fits together real nice, dado cut the long edges, cut driver holes, etc. He is going to be cutting them from 5'x5' Baltic birch. The other guys were just birch.
Okay, there was some discussion from the CNC guy about routing rabbet edges on all corners, and carving panel numbers on the back of each piece. I don't think it's really going to change the price. If it does, we may just pass on those "luxury" additions to keep the price at $70. He's going to get me a "prototype" box within a week and I'll see if it goes together properly. After that, he said about a week or so to start cutting.
I looked around and found some shipping boxes on line that have a 200 lb rating for a little under $2 each. So that takes it to about $72. Obviously I might have to find some small pieces of styrofoam for packaging, but you get the idea, it shouldn't be too much at all.
Long story short, if you're at all interested in this, please let me know either by posting here, or sending a private message. You're not signing your life away right now, or paying for them yet. You can change your mind. The good thing is that this is a fairly close company to me, I can just call in small orders for those that definitely want them. So that means even though it's a group buy, there really isn't any reason to pay anyone until they actually come in. Plus I want to make sure they're good before anyone commits.
UPDATE: Assembly Directions:
These are pretty quick directions, but they help:

The woofer gets mounted on it's front face shooting into the horn. Use the gasket material supplied. If you need any other directions just ask or let me know where I need to expand on them.
