Some pics of my current audio gear and my enclosures. As of now the 4Pi's are getting braced up. This weekends project if to get my sub boxes ready to be finished. Besides heavy sanding and a good bondo job, I am also going to do a boarder of 3/4" Oak around the bottom. Will look very good and will match everything else I have in the room. I am also going to stuff them with 3 pillows each per NEODans advice, aswell as fit them with 2 pairs of Dayton Binsing posts w/ matching plate. I am just going to connect each voice coil to its own set of posts so if I want to change something or re-wire the coils, I dont have to take the sub out every time.

As far as inculation goes, should I just go with R13 as Wayne recommends? What do you guys think about that stuff? Also, what thickness should I go with? I dont even know what sizes they sell it in.

My plan for this weekend is to get my sub boxes sanded, another baffle added to make sub flush and pertty, rounded over, and bondoed. Also, I want to get these 4Pis stuffed. So, how should I go about doing that? I know across brace, top, bottom, and 1 side. However, stick with R13? Also, is that stuff prety sturdy or should I find a way to contain all the fibers better? Likie some kind of netted set-up... LMK what you guys think!!
