So I noticed when I went out to the garage the other night to work on the subs, that I couldn't see crap with the current lighting. So before I could work on the sub, I needed to fix that. So off to Wal-Mart I went got two garage type fixtures for ten bucks, a termination box,and dual outlet plugs with cover and back to the house I went.

This is pic of the old lighting.

And an hour later and some sweat, and couple of beers later here is what she looks like.

I agree that white paint and do a lot to brighten the area, but after the roof leak a couple of years back, I would have some drywall work to do, and right now I would rather work on subs. But I agree that it needs to be done. after the floors in the three bedrooms are done the garage is next on my list.
