I have now-lg clone amp (fp14000), LMS Ultra 5400+2 vmp 18 PR's. Obviously I have a lot of unused amp output. My new sub will be located at a different spot and I'm sure will benefit from being EQ'd independently from existing sub. My possibilities-Double what I have and live with not getting below 15hz but having huge spl above 15hz. Sell the PR's and have two sealed LMS's in different locations. This would mean running two channels on the amp and only getting about 4kw to each sub. Sell what I have and getting 4 LMS-r 15's and making two dual opposed subs, each getting 4kw. This in is a living room and open to the whole house with lousy acoustics. I am not limited on enclosure size however. Open to questions, comments, critisism, etc...I'm sure there are factors I have not considered yet. Unfortunately two dual opposed LMS 5400's is out of price range.

Thanks for the advice. These things are crazy loud with the dual PR's and more power than needed. with a high pass filter of course.
