So I routinely troll the local classified online and I saw a for free giant speakers and of course I was the first to call. I got them loaded in my truck with Dale's help just barely, they weigh about 175lbs. They are really old with old realistic (radio shack) drivers. Two small horns, a dual cone 6, and an aluminum cap 15 mounted in a horn sub-enclosure - all behind a hinged frame grill with a passive external crossover mounted in the mix. Its 3/4 particle board laminated with 1/2 oak laminate plywood. I hooked one up in my garage and it plays loud but I cant exactly say its too clean. Those 40 year old drivers are now low tech. pics to follow.
