Any word on when the baltic birch flat packs will be available?

Still plans for a 1.25 cuft. birch cabinet for 12" drivers?

I think that Erich has been focused on the SEOS kits. Many people are waiting for the subwoofer boxes!

Erich is waiting on the CNC company, they had a break down on the CNC then the main operator was out with the flu or something like that. Erich as well as the rest of us are all waiting for the CNC company to catch up, we will all just have to be patient.

The sub flat pack page has been reorganized, but no new models listed yet. Anybody heard anything definite from Erich?

Finally ready to actually pull the plug on 2 of these!

I'm looking at getting either 2x 15" 3.5cu ft or the 2x 18" 4.5cu ft. to go with my Klipsch rf-7ii and center in my media room.

Amp: I'm looking at: Behringer Stereo Power Amplifier EP4000 or Crown XLS1000...whats is the better recommended?

Driver: for 15" the Dayton from Parts Express look pretty good. whats the differences between the Titanic mkiii and the Ref one?
For the 18's i was thinking of the Stereo integrity HT 18" Dual 4 Ohm subwoofer.

For either of these...when using these external amps...the mounted plate ones aren't needed right?

Also I know this probably isn't the best place to ask this....i have a Denon 1910 AVR.....no preouts. What would be the recommended to go with these? or is there something else i can do that I wouldn't have to replace my current one since its fairly new?

"i have a Denon 1910 AVR.....no preouts"

the "subwoofer pre-out" on the bottom leftish side of your receiver is the output that would be used.

Listen. It's All Good.

The first run of 4 cuft boxes is up for the Dayton 18" and the Stereo Integrity 18" woofer. I'm using the price the CNC company gave me a while ago because I don't actually have their invoice yet. But it should be close. Right now the shipping box is kind of expensive at $5 because it's a double thick box to handle the extra weight. I'm guessing an extra $3 for packing material like styrofoam and corner protectors. And Paypal fees added in as well. I'm going to continue to look for a closer sized shipping box next week, but it's not easy finding the right size box for these larger items.

Not sure how accurate the shipping calculator will be on this size package, but we'll see.

Keep in mind that I will package them as fast as I can.

They're cutting the 1 cuft, 1.5cuft, and 3 cuft on Monday and Tuesday.

On the 4cuft box, I had the CNC company carve out a 1/16" deep outline inside the rear panel to mark the cutout for the PE 1000 watt amp. You'll know where to cut if you need to use that amplifier. I can cut it out with a jig saw if needed.

These boxes use a different type of mdf. It's a denser material and has a greenish tint. I can't recall the name of it right now, but I'll get photos up this weekend if I have time.

So Erich, should a person needing a couple of boxes for 15" Titanics wait to order the 4.0 until you have filled all of the 18" orders? Or do you have some baffles cut for 15's now? Or uncut---a 14" through-hole is easy! Can a baffle be had without the round-over?

Hi Erich, is there anyway to pry the baffle cutout dimensions from you?

mainly this info
Inner baffle diameter: TBA
Outer baffle diameter: TBA

i have some subs where the outer baffle diameter is .29" bigger then the SI, i wanted to know if there was any gap at all. Thanks
