Having just built a new sub box, i am not done finishing it totally. I would like to do a 1/4-1/2 fillet on the edges to round them over. However, i used 2in drywall screws in building this so i didn't have to drag the build out with clamping all the time. I used pl premium and the wood is the EFS mdf looking stuff.

Would i be able to pull the screws and plug the holes with filler so i would be able to router the edges? And still maintain structural integrity?

I haven't done it personally, but I've seen a number of experienced builders at the BFM forum that either pull the screws and fill after the PL has dried, or use brad nails instead of screws.

Yes, the screws just hold it together until the adhesive cures.
