The amp only accepts xlr and they are in different rooms with the existing xlrs run under the house. I'll see if I have a rca to xlr cable. However the ends that hook up to mini dsp have the plug cut off due to the phoenix connectors.

If I remember correctly, there wasn't a hum before the mini dsp. I changed amps and amp location/wiring at that time also, so a lot of things changed at once.

OK, I can make the hum go away if the mini dsp is unplugged from the outlet or if the rca from the receiver is unplugged. I tried diconnecting my the cable from the wall that goes to the cable modem and no change. I ran a wire from the case of my avr to the cener screw of the outlet and no change.

Thanks to FOH, I was able to get my ground loop hum to a minimum. I was dinking with the delay in mini dsp, and noticed there was for some reason a peq that seriously cut around 27hz. I have no idea how it got there,as I haven't applied any eq yet intentionally. I removed that, and will test it out in a bit.

I'm trying to make a florr plan of my house so I can get acoustic treatment advice. Can somebody recommend a simple free online program?

I use Google Sketchup. Check out their learning tutorials. However it doesn't do any acoustical analysis (that I know of) so...

Thanks. i know that I won't find a program that combines anything acoustic with a floor plan. i just need something to show so others that offer advice can see the shape and size of my room.

Hey Keager, have you got yours setup with EQ? How are you finding it?

My build thread

Couldn't pour water out of a boot with instructions on the heel.

Do you know what Nemesis means?

Here are the individual manifolds without eq. I apparently didn't save the measurement of them combined
